The Role This position suits a multitasking engineer who enjoys the challenge of installation works and servicing. Technical requirements includes good understanding of: - ? Closed Circuit Television Systems ? Intruder Detection Systems ? Fire Systems ? Access Control Systems Skills and experience IDS: Texicom, Galaxy, Menvier, Scantronic etc. Remote signalling via Redcare, Emezone, Dualcom etc. Maintenance/Installation to SSAIB grade 3 standard CCTV: Samsung, Hickvision, Vista, etc. Analogue, Digital, IP NVR's, DVR's steaming over WAN/LAN Fire/Life: Ctech, Advanced, Twinflex Conventional/Addressable (mainly conventional) Qualifications: The following qualifications would be preferred although, we understand a level of additional training may be required Fire/Life systems FIA module's 1, 4-5 Certified as competent or site trained, proof to be provided Time served and site experienced - 2 years plus preferred IDS Formal manufacture training (Preferred) Time served and site experienced - 2 years plus preferred CCTV Formal manufacture training (Preferred) Time served and site experienced - 2 years plus preferred Other IPAF* PASMA* CSCS* Asbestos awareness* Engineers to supply own hand tools, specialist and testing equipment supplied by Link Integrated Preferred not essential* Additional Resources are an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies - Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
