We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electronic Manufacturing Inspector to join the organisation.The Electronic Manufacturing Inspector will perform inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities of the Electronic Manufacturing Inspector:
Operate in the SMT area. Provide 1st off inspection, direct batch inspection, sample inspection and process verification for the assembly of electronicsConduct dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assembliesInterpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards and lists in approving or rejecting in-process or final assembliesTo develop strong, effective relationships with the individual production team members to ensure that our ‘right first time’ and lean manufacturing principles are appliedEnsure all assembly work is undertaken to the appropriate build standard by reference to supplied build packs (BOMS and Drawings) ensuring relevant workmanship standard (IPC-610A or customer specified equivalent) are maintained.Minimise rework by ensuring all operators are aware of any issues that arise during the production processes
Skills & Experience Required of the Electronic Manufacturing Inspector:
Electronics manufacturingIdeally inspection experience with reference to workmanship standards such as IPC61OAExperience in AOI

The Quality Auditor Role:As a member of the quality department, the Quality Auditor will have personal responsibility for ensuring that raw materials, components, subcontract services, manufacturing processes and finished products conform to specification.Key Responsibilities of the Quality Auditor:

Skills & Experience Required:
Experience of quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environmentExperience of managing improvement activities with UK based and international suppliersOrganised and confident with excellent communication skillsPersonally motivated by a desire to operate in a logical and organised mannerExperience with electrical/electronic productsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office
