Due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join us. Key Responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer:
Manage customer maintenance contractsGrow business within agreementsAllocate and manage resources to within costPresent maintenance strategyInvestigate failures and produce remedial actionsPerform ‘root cause’ failure analysisResponsible for ‘on site’ health and safety of staff, MS & RA
Skills & Experience Required:
Qualification by experience or Degree level or experience within the industryAnalytical mindThorough knowledge of CBM and RCM techniquesKnowledge of modern vibration analysis, data collection and the formulation of customer reportsExperience of Laser alignment, dynamic balancing, ultra sound, thermography and RCFAThorough knowledge of applicationsEnthusiastic abilityDriving licence

The Quality Auditor Role:As a member of the quality department, the Quality Auditor will have personal responsibility for ensuring that raw materials, components, subcontract services, manufacturing processes and finished products conform to specification.Key Responsibilities of the Quality Auditor:
Support production in the manufacturing of products to ensure that they meet specification and customer requirements (including management and responsibility of the NCP process)Inspection of selected purchased raw materials, components and subcontract services using mechanical and CMM measurement techniquesUndertake and become proficient in the random inspection of sub-assemblies and finished goods produced via the company’s manufacturing processesDevelop selected organisations within the supply chain to assure their processes and output for new materials, components and services to be right first timeEstablish yourself as an active contributor to the New Product Implementation and Engineering Change processes - ensuring that product specifications and build instructions for future products and processes are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders engaged in the manufacturing supply chain
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience of quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environmentExperience of managing improvement activities with UK based and international suppliersOrganised and confident with excellent communication skillsPersonally motivated by a desire to operate in a logical and organised mannerExperience with electrical/electronic productsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office
