A highly successful fertiliser manufacturing plant in Pocklington, North Yorkshire is seeking a Production Operative to join its expanding team on a temporary – ongoing basis. As the Production Operative, your duties will include: • Rip and tip of raw material up to 25KG.• Specific training within liquid and power manufacturing.• FLT work – If you have an FLT Counterbalance certificate.• Packing product as per customer specification.• Adhering to on-site health & Safety at all times.• Housekeeping. To be a successful Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience: • A current Counterbalance Fork lift truck licence accredited by RTITB or ITTSAR.• Experience of working within a production / factory setting. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday working on rotating shifts of 06:00 - 14:00, 08:00 - 16:30 and 13:45- 23:45 - (Monday to Thursday) – From October the company will enter their peak period which may require support on 12-hour shift rota average of 42 hours (Monday to Friday working only).
