My client manufacture automotive parts for many of the world largest OEM's, and are a global company with various locations throughout the world.They are looking to recruit a Lead Process Development Engineer reporting into the NPI Team Leader.Key duties will include: * To support the introduction of new processes & equipment into manufacture * To introduce world class manufacturing equipment and technologies specifically related to assembly i.e. crimping, roll forming and evacuation & fill processes * To lead and develop continuous improvement activities on existing processes * Specify, design, and validate new manufacturing processes, equipment and automated assembly cells * Develop SOR's and liaise with external suppliers and internal departments for supplier selection * Design and validate assembly tooling, jigs and fixtures * Support of multi discipline teams for new product designs from prototype through to productionSkills/Experience Required * Lean manufacturing experience * Hands on experience within Production Engineering/Design Engineering or Process Engineering * Experience of leading NPI projects * Ideally degree qualified or equivalent engineering/technical discipline * Experience within Medium/High volume manufacturing environments - Automotive experience would be a bonus In return my client offer a competitive salary package and benefits

The client has asked Skills Provision to recruit a MES Test Engineer to join their Nitra, Slovakia site. In summary, this role is for a Technical Analyst focused on Plant Floor Equipment Integration Testing.*Applicants must hold European Union Citizenship or Visa for this specified location. Job PackageA daily rate of €400-€500 depending on experience Applicant Requirements•                 Ideally Automotive experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems (preferably GE Proficy & Cimplicity)•                 Must have at least 5 years of test team leadership in complex technical environments•                 Must have worked in testing role for large companies•                 Must have experience on CV of Test planning, test script preparation, test tool usage, and test data preparation•                 Excellent problem-solving skills•                 Be a team leader, proactive, energetic, good communicator•                 Must be prepared to learn new technologies•                 Fluent English speaker (ability to speak Slovak is advantageous) Technical Skills (Must Have)•                 Microsoft Excel, Word•                 Test tools•                 Experience with MES products•                 PLC & Familiarity with PLC Data formats•                 OPC (Kepware or similar)•                 Manufacturing Equipment integration•                 Hardware installation testingTechnical Skills (Desirable)•                 GE MES exposure•                 GE Proficy tool (Cimplicity, Tracker, PFMD and Historian)Other Skills:•                 Manufacturing and Automotive Industry Knowledge•                 Ability to work on aggressive timelines
