Its capability in this market is backed up by its excellent credentials, having won major national contracts for a range of customers across a variety of sectors.As the Head of Field Services, your duties will be to:
Manage, coordinate, monitor, motivate and develop Managers and staff to ensure that service delivery requirements are met on a profitable basis and in line with strict multi-client contractual performance requirements.Work proactively and autonomously when required, to ensure that all direct reports understand and operate service requirements and company agreements, policies and procedures, to deliver contractually required results in a profitable manner and in line with KPIs.Demonstrate high levels of ability in influencing and negotiation, and in acting as a high-level reference for consumers / customer contact and complaints, as well as for internal discipline and grievance matters.Facilitate optimum team operation and efficiency through effective allocation and distribution of resources and, using judgement and analytical ability, control both direct and indirect manpower levels within geographical Area.Prepare, negotiate, agree, cascade and monitor area and team budgets in line with company requirements.Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to monitor service delivery cost and efficiency and identify and implement improvements or remedial action as necessary, including the ongoing monitoring and development of a field based reward scheme to align with changing business opportunities.
To be a successful Head of Field Services you will have the following skills and experience:
Experience of delivering gross profit margin as per budget and understand the importance of delivering contractual operational performance across contracts.Previous experience of ensuring penalties for poor performance is at or around zero and GSOS is at a minimum.Experience of operating in the Smart Metering industry and within an operational role is essential for this position.
In return, the Head of Field Services will receive a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
