THE ROLEA great opportunity for a STRUCTURAL CAD TECHNICIAN to join my client, a successful firm of consulting engineers in their office in COUNTY DURHAM.You will working on a wide range of projects in the private and public sectors.THE COMPANYOur client is a successful firm of consulting engineers workng on civil, structural and geotechnical engineering.They have several UK offices.They offer excellent ongoing training and CPD.THE CANDIDATEYou will need to have a Diploma or Degree or similar in Civil or Structural Engineering and have good AutoCAD experience (at least 3 years AutoCAD experience of more).Any experience in the use of REVIT would be a bonus.You will need to have worked on most construction and building types including timber, masonry, structural steel and concrete.You should be able to work closely with the engineers.You may also have an understanding or some experience of BIM.
