They have a requirement for an experienced CNC machine operator/setter to work on a range of CNC turning centres with sub spindle and power tooling capability. Key Responsibilities for the CNC Turner role to include:- CNC Operator/Turner/Setter - Lytham, Blackpool, Lancashire                •           Setting and operating CNC Turning machines•           Manufacturing of High-quality precise parts under minimum supervision.•           Minimise set-up and run times whilst maintaining quality.•           Maintaining a clean working environment. THE CANDIDATE:  The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills together with a 'can do' approach to the working day. An expanding company is seeking a number of CNC Machine Operators based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire on a temporary basis to be responsible for operating a variety of tools including drills, lathes, power presses and other shop equipment. As a CNC Machine Operator your duties will be to: Supply machines with component parts.Adhere to SOP’s where applicable and maintain vigilant checks on finished parts.Test and calibrate gauges to determine standard of components.Assist with basic tool maintenance requirements.General housekeeping.
